A vibrant, fresh wine, rich in nuances.
Aging:
18 months in 225-liter barrels (60% American oak and 40% French oak), followed by bottle aging.
Tasting Notes:
Bigarreau cherry-coloured wine with great expressiveness on the nose with a miscellany of raspberries and wild strawberries. The soft and silky tannins frame a tasty and fresh palate and anticipate a smooth and elegant finish.
